Max and Shilan’s downtown wedding was held at the Loews Hotel, an incredible Kansas City venue! The venue features a stunning ballroom that offers 27,000 square feet of space with plenty of natural light. The Loews Hotel maintains a modern, luxury look for the most intimate affairs.

Max and Shilan are a very adorable couple. They weren't just going to be husband and wife but we could really tell that they are best friends. In our conversations, they mentioned a lot of the city where they first met but what we soon discovered together was how important Kansas City was going to be for them, as it would be the city where they would get married. We wanted to display some of the city within their film to really let the location be part of their story.

A Unique Grand Entrance

Another highlight of the wedding reception the Zaffa Max and Shilan had for their grand entrance. Members of Fusion Zaffa were using bendir drums throughout the grand entrance and invited everyone to join in on the dance floor and dance along.
