The Guild, Kansas City Wedding Venue

Dan and Chloe’s downtown wedding was held at The Guild, an incredible Kansas City wedding venue! The venue features a large ballroom that can accommodate up to 250 guests. There are exposed brick walls, a 12-foot chandelier, and gorgeous reclaimed wood details inside the event space. In addition, there is an incredible outdoor garden complete with cafe lights that Dan and Chloe used for their wedding ceremony. We loved everything about this venue!

Dan and Chloe’s Wedding Day

There was some crazy weather to contend with on the day of Dan and Chloe’s wedding. Thankfully, the thunderstorm held off until after their outdoor ceremony! Family is very important to this couple, so we captured many sweet moments as their family surrounded them on their wedding day. We loved how important it was that their family was there for them. The family's emotions really shine through in Dan and Chloe’s wedding film. They also wanted everyone to have a crazy good time on the dancefloor (and they did)! Dan and Chloe planned to have an intimate last dance at the end of the night. While all guests were outside to prepare for the sparkler exit, Dan and Chloe enjoyed a beautiful and emotional dance together. We loved being there to capture this special moment!

Ice Cream Truck at Wedding

Another highlight of the wedding reception was the surprise ice cream truck! Betty Rae’s ice cream truck showed up to surprise the guests with a sweet treat, and everyone loved it. We loved this idea for a unique and fun wedding day experience!
